DarboralFor Darboral, Massimo Guerrera imagined the home as an extension of the body. Consequently, every input represents nourishment. Every element guests bring with them (moods, ideas, knowledge, objects or affection, for instance) has the same value as the food we eat and the smallest development can generate profound change. Concretely, the artist has invited people into his own “body-home”—be it his studio, a gallery or a museum—to eat, talk, dance, make music or play with the sculptures. Using the traces his hosts have left behind, he has created this complex set of photographs, sketches and sculptures.
