Jean-Pierre Cloutier, chef
- Restaurant du Musée chef since 1997. Owner since 1999.
- Previously with the renowned restaurant La Fenouillère in Sainte-Foy.
- Practical training at the Noga Hilton in Cannes.
- Received two gold medals at the Coupe des nations: for the gourmet menu in 1998 and as part of the Canadian team in 1999.
- Gives training in recognized cooking schools in the Québec City area.
- His objective: use local products in savoury dishes that are presented artistically.
Vincent Lafleur, Director - Has been with the Restaurant du Musée since 1995. Owner since 1999—responsible for commercial development.
- Hotel management course, Collège Mérici and wine-tasting course, École hôtelière de la Capitale.
- Patrons appreciate his attentive ear and professionalism. Vincent does his utmost to offer personalized events that meet customer expectations.
Jacques Arsenault, Maître D
- Restaurant du Musée maître D since 2001. Responsible for organizing private receptions.
- Over the past 20 years has gained solid experience in the dining rooms of the biggest hotels in Canada, including the Fairmont Le Château Montebello.
- Graduate of the Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec in Montréal.
- Strengths: warm, courteous customer service, organizational skills and a profound love of the trade!
